Donald A. Bierle, President

Don and Vernee have provided executive leadership to FaithSearch for thirty years. Don’s research and writing is the basis for the unique message of the ministry: the Gospel with evidence. His Surprised by Faith book is the flagship for FaithSearch and provides the substance for its primary evangelism event, FaithSearch Discovery. After numerous international mission trips, Don has established “Gospel with evidence” ministries in India, Nepal and the Philippines.

Don and Vernee have ministered side-by-side, with Vernee primarily “behind-the-scenes,” yet invaluable to Don’s effectiveness. Don is the ministry’s primary author, English-speaking evangelist, Bible teacher, and trainer. Thousands throughout the US and around the world have been spiritually impacted in this life–and for eternity–through Don and Vernee’s ministry.< More info >

Pat is serving FaithSearch International as Executive Assistant to the President. Her ministry focus is to assist the President to more effectively and efficiently fulfill his various responsibilities as he leads the ministry in the proclamation of the Gospel with evidence. This includes providing professional and positive contacts and communication with people both within and outside of FaithSearch; supporting the work of the FaithSearch Center in its training of teachers, Web site management, and communication of events; coordinating fund-raising events; and supporting the President in Board of Director matters. < More info >

Kristi is serving as a vital link with our U.S. churches, pastors and leaders. She oversees the scheduling and facilitation of events for our evangelists, as well as the follow-up of those who have responded to Christ.

Kristi is an encourager in the vision to proclaim the Gospel with evidence in every venue possible. She also works with leaders in the use of FaithSearch ministry resources in their own ministries. < More info >

Rick is a vital link in our ministry of proclaiming the Gospel with evidence. As communications director, he supports and enables each department by reviewing and editing virtually all the ministry’s messages (both verbal and visual) to all of our constituencies. This ranges from newsletters (print and electronic), promotional materials, press releases, marketing campaigns, support materials, Web sites, videos, ministry tools and much more.

As publications director, he also edits and produces FaithSearch ministry resources–the books, media and tools encompassing the FaithSearch message. Rick also presents FaithSearch Discovery and regularly uses Surprised by Faith in his personal ministry. < More info>
